By installing or using SpeakUp ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app does

SpeakUp is a Zoom App that tracks which meeting participants have spoken and offers a random "next speaker" picker. It is provided as a convenience tool for meeting hosts and participants.

Using SpeakUp

• You must have a valid Zoom account and comply with Zoom's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy while using SpeakUp.
• Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, surveil, or discriminate against meeting participants.
• The "random speaker" feature is provided for engagement purposes only — use good judgment about whether it's appropriate for a given meeting.

No warranty

SpeakUp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate (for example, Zoom's active-speaker detection may behave differently across meeting sizes and network conditions).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakUp's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using SpeakUp at any time by removing it from your Zoom account. We may also suspend or discontinue the app at our discretion.
